FAQs for Peergrade and Eduflow joining Multiverse

We wanted to provide some answers to the most common questions related to the merger of Peergrade and Eduflow with Multiverse.

What is happening?

In short, the company behind the Peergrade and Eduflow products has been acquired by Multiverse. Consequently, we are sunsetting our products, and they will not be available for other customers after the 31st of December 2023.

What will happen to my data?

When we shut down the service on the 31st of December 2023, then we will initiate a process of deleting all data from our databases.

If you want to export any data before that happens, you can export all data from the administrative settings page. If you are interested in any exports of user data, reach out to us on chat support and we can help initiate this for you.

What happens to my subscription?

What happens with your subscription depends on which type of subscription you have, and when it renews:

  • I have a monthly subscription

    • You can continue to use our products until 31st of December 2023.

    • We will keep charging your credit card until the 1st of December 2023. After the 1st of December we will not charge you anymore.

    • If you cancel your subscription early, then you lose access to our products on the last day of your subscription, but no later than 31st of December 2023.

  • I have a yearly subscription that renews before 31st of December 2023

    • We will not charge you anymore.

    • When your subscription runs out, we will not renew it, but we will allow you to continue to use our products until the 31st of December 2023 free of charge.

  • I have a yearly subscription that renews after 31st of December 2023

    • You can continue to use our products until the 31st of December 2023. At that time your access will be terminated.

    • You will receive a refund for any remaining time on your annual plan after the 1st of January 2024.

Will you still provide support?

We will continue to provide basic support until the 31st of December 2023 through our normal chat support systems. We will not set up any new SSO setups or enable any new custom domains.

What alternatives could I use instead of Peergrade and Eduflow?
There are many products in the market which offer similar services to Peergrade and Eduflow, although none are exactly the same. Below is a list of products that you could consider.
