The institution dashboard lets admins set up and customise a dashboard view with various different visualisations, graphs and data. The feature is available for customers on the Plus plan or above.
Who can access the institution dashboard?
All institution owners and admins can access the institution dashboard by going to the institution's admin panel → Dashboard.
Adding visualisations to the dashboard
The institution dashboard shows two visualisations by default — active users in institution and course completion. If you want to add other visualisations, click the + Add visualisation button in the left side of the toolbar. You will now see a page with visualisations that can be added to the dashboard.
We currently offer 4 different visualisations that can be added to the dashboard Each visualisation is described in detail below.
The course completion visualisation shows the number of learners that have completed each course within the institution. The visualisation can be filtered based on which courses you want to see data from.
The activity completion visualisation shows the completion rate of activities in a selected course. The visualisation can customised to only show certain flows or activities in your course. The filter will be persisted for all users seeing the dashboard.
Active users in institution
The active users in institution visualisation shows the number of active users across a 30 days time period. The visualisation can be filtered based on which courses you want to see data from.
The event log shows a table with all events from all users in the institution. The event log can be searched and filtered based on which courses you want to see data from. It is available to customers on a Premium plan.
Reorder & resize visualisations
In order to reorder and resize your visualisations, either click the Reorder & resize button in the top left toolbar or open the context menu for a visualisation and click Reorder & resize.
