If you run into this page, please try the following:

  • Refresh your browser

  • Update your browser

  • If refreshing or updating your browser doesn't help, try a different browser (in this article you can read which browsers we support, and we generally recommend our users to use the most recent version of Chrome).

If these steps do not solve your problem, reach out to us on support so we can look into this together!

To get a better picture of what happened, please share the following information with us when reaching out:

  • What browser you are using and which version

  • What operating system you are using and what version

  • What device you are using (e.g. desktop vs. mobile device)

  • The URL of the page where you are running into this error

  • Share with us if the problem occurs intermittently or every time you try and access the page

  • A short description of the steps you took that lead you to run into this error (e.g. "I was looking at the peer review activity, when I went to the results page from here I ran into this error").
