In this article we explain what to do if you run into the 'Oops, something went wrong!' page in Eduflow.

If you run into this page, please try the following:

  • Refresh your browser

  • Update your browser

  • If refreshing or updating your browser doesn't help, try a different browser (in this article you can read which browsers we support, and we generally recommend our users to use the most recent version of Chrome).

To get a better picture of what happened, please share the following information with us when reaching out:

  • What browser you are using and which version

  • Share with us if the problem occurs intermittently or every time you try and access the page

  • A short description of the steps you took that lead you to run into this error (e.g. "I was looking at the peer review activity, when I went to the results page from here I ran into this error").
