The Padlet activity allows you to embed a Padlet into Eduflow as a learning activity. Your learners will be able to interact with your Padlet without having to leave Eduflow.

  1. When logged into Eduflow, and in the right course, click '+add New' to add the Padlet activity to your course

  2. Get your Padlet embed code (you can learn more about this below)

  3. Paste your Padlet embed code into your Padlet activity in Eduflow

  4. Decide if you want to use the 'standard view' or 'wide view'

  5. Set up any other relevant common activity settings, such as prerequisites, or an open date & deadline.

How to get the embed code from Padlet

  1. Open the Padlet that you want to share and click on the share button. Then, click on Embed in your blog or your website.

  2. Copy the code that appears under the Full embed heading

Paste the code in the Padlet activity on Eduflow. The code should look something like this:

<div class="padlet-embed" style="border:1px solid rgba(0,0,0,0.1);border-radius:2px;box-sizing:border-box;overflow:hidden;position:relative;width:100%;background:#F4F4F4"><p style="padding:0;margin:0"><iframe src="<>" frameborder="0" allow="camera;microphone;geolocation" style="width:100%;height:608px;display:block;padding:0;margin:0"></iframe></p><div style="padding:8px;text-align:right;margin:0;"><a href="<>" style="padding:0;margin:0;border:none;display:block;line-height:1;height:16px" target="_blank"><img src="<>" width="86" height="16" style="padding:0;margin:0;background:none;border:none;display:inline;box-shadow:none" alt="Made with Padlet"></a></div></div>

Things to note

  • It is recommended that you select the 'Wide view' in the activity settings in Eduflow for a better learner experience.

  • Learners will have to mark the activity as complete themselves after interacting with your Miro Whiteboard.
