All plans in Eduflow give access to a certain number of active learners per month that can interact with courses in your institution. This article explains how learners are counted active in Eduflow.
A learner is considered active in your institution for 30 days when they access your institution or receive a notification from our system. After 30 days of not accessing your institution and/or receiving a notification from our system the learner automatically becomes inactive.
The participants page of your institution dashboard shows when learners were last active:
What notifications do learners receive?
Course activity: Course invitation, Overriden activity rules (e.g. extended deadline, removed prerequisite), Upcoming deadline in 24 hours
Discussion activity: New reply to a comment, New like for a comment, New likes for a topic, New comment for a topic
Review activity: Received review, Deleted review
Submission activity: Deleted submission
How do I prevent learners from receiving notifications when the course is over?

Is a learner counted active multiple times if they are part of multiple courses?
We count learners active across your institution, so even if a learner is part of multiple courses they will still be counted active once.
How do I prevent learners from accessing my institution after the course is over?
If a learner shouldn't access to your institution any longer, it's best to delete them from your institution completely. You can delete learners from the 'participants' tab of your institution dashboard,
