You can invite others to your institution by going to your institution dashboard. You can find this dashboard by clicking on the 'home' icon on the top left corner of your screen.

How to invite participants to your institution

  1. Go to the 'participants' tab and click 'invite participants' on the top right corner of your screen.

  2. Select if you want to invite admins, instructors, or learners to your institution. You'll have to be on a paid plan to invite learners by email. You can read more about inviting learners here.

  3. You now have 3 options available to choose from

    ⌨️ Manual invite
    Type in the full name and email for the admin(s)/instructor(s)/learner(s) you want to invite.

    📎 File import
    You can import a .csv file with name and email pairs listed. Learn more about how to generate a .csv file here.

    👯‍♂️ Copy & paste
    If you have a list ready with full name and email, you can copy and paste it into a text field to import it.

  4. When you have chosen your preferred method and imported participants, you have the choice of sending them an email invitation now or waiting until later to do so. Select whatever option you prefer.

  5. Click the Add admin/instructor/learner button to add the participant(s) to your institution.
