Zapier lets you connect Eduflow to 2,000+ other web services. Automated connections called Zaps, can automate your day-to-day tasks and build workflows between Eduflow and other apps. The Zapier integration requires an Eduflow Plus plan or above.

How to set up a Zapier integration

  1. Log in to your Zapier account.

  2. From your Zapier dashboard, click on My Apps in the sidebar menu.

  3. Click on the Add connection button in the top right part of the screen.

  4. Search for Eduflow and select our app in the menu. You will be prompted to input an API key here.

  5. In a new tab, log in to your Eduflow account.

  6. Go to you Institution dashboard, select Settings in the sidebar and select Zapier & API in the menu.

  7. Generate a new API key and click on Copy to clipboard.

  8. Go back to the API key prompt and paste in the API key.

  9. You have now successfully set up an integration between Zapier and Eduflow and can start building Zaps!

Here are 4 examples of workflows you can build with the Zapier integration:

Create a Zap with Eduflow and a payment gateway like Stripe or Gumroad. Set it up an action that sends an invitation email once someone has made a purchase.

Create a Zap with Eduflow and Zapier’s email sender. In your Zap, disable the default invite email sent out by Eduflow and send out your own custom email. Remember to include the invite link in your email, so your learners can sign up to their account.

Create a Zap with Eduflow and a survey provider like Typeform. Set up your Zap to complete an activity in one of your courses, once the form has been submitted.

Use Zapier's "Transfer" feature to tag learners all at one time from a spreadsheet after learners are already enrolled in your course.
