🆘 I'm not receiving the password reset email.
If you have not received the password reset email from us, check the following things:
Make sure you're using the same email address as the one you're registered with in Eduflow. Not 100% sure which email address this is? Please contact your instructor.
Please note: if you have 2 versions of the same email address (e.g. one with a student number, and another one with your name) please make sure to use the one that is registered in Eduflow. If you're not sure which one is registered, please ask your instructor.
Search for an email coming from: <[email protected]>. Please check your spam folder as well!
If you're still having issues logging in contact technical support by clicking the blue chat button on the bottom of your screen.
