Have you ever wanted to only let a subset of your learners get access to certain flows and activities in your Eduflow courses? With our subsetting feature, you can. The feature is simple and intuitive to set up – yet it is very powerful!

The subsetting feature is available on the Plus plan and above.

Assign learners manually or by tags

As an instructor, you can either assign your learners to flows and activities manually by choosing them individually, one by one or by using tags.

🏷 Combining the Select a tag activity with the subsetting feature for activities and flows makes it even more powerful: Learners can now select one or more tags and get instant access to flows and activities of your choosing. This is a great way to create branching scenarios.

How it works:

  1. Navigate to any flow or activity

  2. Click the 'Edit' button in the top right corner of the flow or activity

  3. Scroll down to the rules section and find 'Assign activity/flow to a subset of learners'

  4. Toggle on 'Assign activity/flow to a subset of learners'

  5. Manually assign learners or switch to using tags

  6. You have now successfully assigned the activity or flow
