This article lists and describes third-party tools used by Eduflow. Including the information they receive from Eduflow and why.

It's important to us that we keep your information safe and secure. In order to help Eduflow provide, maintain, protect and improve our services, Eduflow shares information with other partners, vendors and trusted organizations to process it on our behalf in accordance with our instructions, and any other appropriate confidentiality, security or other requirements we deem appropriate.  These companies will only have access to the information they need to provide the E service.

You can find information on these partners and service providers we work with below, including what data we share with them or they provide to us, the service the provide for Eduflow and links to their respective privacy policies. This list may change over time, and we’ll work hard to keep it up-to-date. If you have any questions, please get in touch at [email protected].

All users

Amazon Web Services for storing submission files / work by learners and instructors and for hosting our database. Based in EU.

Heroku for running our web services. Based in EU.

Redis Cloud - For scheduling periodic jobs and for queuing tasks related to the product. Based in EU.

Cloudflare for content-delivery-network service, DDoS mitigation, Internet security, and distributed domain-name-server services. Data is retained for at most 7 days. Data is anonymized. Based in EU.

Logentries for logging errors and exceptions to make it easier to debug. Data is retained for at most 14 days. Data is anonymized. Based in EU.

Scout for application monitoring. Data is anonymized. Based in EU.

Only instructors

Stripe for accepting payments from instructor and institution.

Profitwell for improving payment rates on self-service subscriptions.

Sentry for logging errors and exceptions to make it easier to debug. Data is anonymized.

Intercom for delivering customer support on email and live chat to all users (instructors and learners). Used to send out product updates to instructors and on-boarding emails to help instructors get started. Learners are only added to Intercom if they use the support chat.
